Is Ethonode free?

Yes. Ethonode has a free tier that lets you connect one wallet and one exchange, track up to two sheets, and use the shared API keys. Pro unlocks multiple workspaces, unlimited sheets, custom columns, widgets, sharing, alerts, and your own API keys for higher rate limits.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your wallet addresses are public blockchain data — not secret. API keys (for CoinGecko, Moralis, Helius, Coinbase) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted in memory when we call the provider on your behalf.

We never store private keys or seed phrases and have no code paths that ask for them.

Why do I need API keys?

Ethonode uses free third-party APIs for price and wallet data. You can start with our shared keys, but bringing your own free keys (CoinGecko + Moralis, optionally Helius for Solana) gives you a private rate limit and faster sync. See our API Keys guide.

Does Ethonode support [exchange name]?

Coinbase is supported today via read-only API keys. Binance and Kraken are on the roadmap for a future update.

Can Ethonode make trades or move my funds?

No. Ethonode is strictly read-only. We can’t trade, withdraw, or move funds even if you wanted us to — the code has no path for it. Never grant any portfolio tracker trade or withdrawal permissions.

How often does my portfolio sync?

Wallet and exchange data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. Prices refresh every 5 minutes. Click Sync Now in the workspace to force a fresh sync any time.

How do I delete my account?

Email denakpoagba@ethonode.com and we’ll process your deletion request within 48 hours. You can wipe all portfolio data (without deleting your account) any time from Settings → Account → Reset All Portfolio Data.

What blockchains are supported?

Ethonode currently supports:

• Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains: Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche.
• Solana.
